Stock solutions:

• Uracil: 20 mg/1 mL water
• Ethyl benzoate: 10 mg/1 mL water
• Lidocaine: 50 mg/1 mL water
• Naphthalene: 10 mg/1 mL water
• Biphenyl: 10 mg/1mL water
• Acenaphthene: 10 mg/1 mL water

For a good solubility an ultra sonic bath is recommendable!

Sample solution - Mix the stock solution with the following parts:

• Uracil: 10 µL
• Ethyl benzoate: 80 µL
• Lidocaine: 100 µL
• Naphthalene: 100 µL
• Biphenyl: 20 µL
• Acenaphthene: 100 µL

The mixture was diluted to 4 mL with water

• Eluent: 25 mmol/L ammonium dihydrogenphosphate solution, pH 7.0 - methanol (35:65, v:v)
• Flow rate: 1.0 mL/min
• Temperature: 40 °C
• Injection volume: 5 µL
