- 2,7-Dihydroxynaphthalene: 10 mg/1 mL water
- 2,3-Dihydroxynaphthalene: 10 mg/1 mL water
- Ethyl benzoate: 10 mg/1 mL water
- Lidocaine: 50 mg/1 mL water
- Naphthalene: 10 mg/1 mL water
- Biphenyl: 10 mg/1mL water
- Acenaphthne: 10 mg/1 mL water
For a good solubility an ultra sonic bath is recommendable!
*Sample solution
- Mix the stock solution with the following parts.
- Uracil: 10 µL
- 2,7-Dihydroxynaphthalene: 20 µL
- 2,3-Dihydroxynaphthalene: 20 µL
- Ethyl benzoate: 80 µL
- Lidocaine: 100 µL
- Naphthalene: 100 µL
- Biphenyl: 20 µL
- Acenaphthene: 100 µL
The mixture was diluted to 4 mL with water

- Eluent: 25 mmol/L ammonium dihydrogenphosphate solution, pH 7 - methanol (35:65, v/v)
- Flow rate: 0.66 mL/min
- Temperature: 40 °C
- Injection volume: 5 µL
- Detection
- UV, 254 nm
- Note
- NUCLEOSHELL Bluebird RP 18 shows a complete separation of lidocaine / naphthalene and additionally better peak shapes for all analytes compared to Kinetex Polar C18.
