Standard sample preparation The preparation of all the standard samples was performed protected from light. Unless otherwise specified, the working standard solutions, the calibration standards, the quality control samples and the validation standards were obtained after appropriate dilution in the mixture of methanol and 10 mmol/L ammonium acetate (pH 4) (50:50, v/v).
