PCA-devices (devices of patient-controlled analgesia), used in the oncological and palliative pain therapy, were stored under light protection at different temperature (37 °C, room temp., refrigerator temp.). To evaluate the chemical compatibility of hydromorphone with dipyrone the content is determined by HPLC.
