NUCLEODUR PolarTec

760488.30

competitor phase with similar modification

Matrix
Sample(s)

each compound 1 mg/mL in eluent

Conditions

Eluent : methanol - 25 mmol/L KH2PO4, pH 7.0 (70:30, v/v) Flow rate: 0.66 mL/min Temperature: 30 °C Injection volume: 1.0 µL

Detection
UV, 254 nm
Note
Both phases show the protective mechanism of the 'embedded Group' for silanol interactions. A better end-capping of NUCLEODUR PolarTec, displays significantly better peak shapes for strong basic components like tricyclic antidepressants than the competitor phase.
