HYDRODEX γ-TBDAc shows good selectivities for esters, ketones, amides and derivatized alcohols (TFA esters) with a ring system close to the chiral C atom. For improved separations an optimization of the conditions is recommended. Please note: Successful separation of a test substance from a class of compounds will not guarantee a separation of a structurally similar compound.
